How it works

Three steps, and nothing to install

The mechanism arrives fitted, tested and guaranteed. You are not building it.

Choose your bed and screen size

Pick the frame, the size and the finish. Each product page states the largest TV that bed will carry — check it against the television you already own, or send us the model number and we will check for you.

We build it, deliver it and assemble it

Your frame is made in our own workshop after you order. Our two-person team brings it into your bedroom, assembles it, clips your TV to the bracket and runs the lift with you before they leave.

One button, eleven seconds

The screen rises from the footboard to eye level from the pillow, and drops back flush when you are done. No visible hinge, no black glass, nothing that reads as electronics in a bedroom.

Before you buy

The questions we get most

Is the television included?

Not unless the product page says so. Most beds arrive with the lift, the bracket and the remote fitted, and you supply the TV — our delivery team will clip it on for you at no charge if it is in the room on the day.

How do I know my TV will fit?

Three numbers decide it: screen size, weight and VESA pattern. Every product page states the maximum for that bed. Send us the model number and we will confirm before you order — including if the answer is no.

How much storage does an ottoman TV bed really have?

The mechanism housing takes roughly 40% of the foot end of the base. What is left is the full width and about 60% of the length. If storage matters more than the screen, an ottoman storage bed without a lift carries more.

What if the lift breaks?

It carries the same five-year guarantee as the frame. We diagnose it remotely and post you the replacement part — and if that will not fix it, we collect the bed and repair it at the workshop. Both are free.
