Orders

All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

Made to order

We do not hold finished stock. Every frame is manufactured in our own UK workshop after your order is placed, in the size and fabric you select. Production and dispatch typically take 5–10 working days; we will tell you if your order will take longer.

Changes and cancellations

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to amend or cancel. We can usually change an order before production begins. Once your frame has entered production we may not be able to alter it — this does not affect your statutory cancellation rights, set out below.

Pricing

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and are the total amount payable. SOFANCY NEST LTD is not currently registered for VAT, so no VAT is charged and we cannot issue VAT invoices. Delivery and assembly are included on mainland UK orders; Scottish Highlands and island postcodes are quoted before payment. We may amend prices and product details at any time; the price charged is the price shown at checkout.

Payment and title

Payment is taken at checkout. Title to goods passes to you on receipt of full payment.

Product information

We take care to describe products accurately. Colours, fabrics and stitching may vary slightly from images shown. Because each frame is upholstered individually, slight variation between batches is normal and is not a fault.

Televisions and screen fit

Each TV bed product page states the largest screen size and weight that frame will carry. It is your responsibility to check your television against those figures, or to send us the model number so we can confirm before you order. Unless a product page says a television is included, one is not supplied. Where a television is included it is covered by its manufacturer's warranty.

Guarantee

Frames, ottoman bases, gas struts and the TV lift mechanism are covered by our 5-year guarantee against manufacturing defects under normal domestic use. Upholstery is covered for 2 years. Wear, fading and marking are not defects.

Your rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory consumer rights under UK law, including your right to cancel a distance purchase under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Our beds are built to order in standard sizes and standard fabric options, so the right to cancel applies to them in the normal way. Genuinely bespoke orders — where you ask us to build to your own measurements, or supply your own fabric — are made to your specification and are treated differently; we will tell you clearly before you order if that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
