What the statuses mean

Confirmed	We have your order and it is queued for build.
In production	Your frame is being built and upholstered to your chosen finish.
Cycle testing	The lift is being run through a full test before the bed is released.
Ready — booking	We are contacting you to agree a delivery date.
Scheduled	Date agreed. Your time window arrives the day before.
Out for delivery	On the van.
Delivered	Built, tested and signed for.
