Delivery & assembly
Free to mainland UK. Built to order in our own workshop, then delivered by our own team — into the room you choose, assembled, with the lift tested before they leave and the packaging taken away. Scottish Highlands, Northern Ireland and offshore addresses are quoted separately before you pay.
Guarantee
Five years on the frame, upholstery and lift mechanism. Most faults are fixed by posting you the replacement part; if that will not resolve it, we collect the bed and repair it at the workshop. Both are free, including carriage.
Returns
Fourteen days from delivery to change your mind. Our beds are built to order in standard sizes and fabrics, so that right applies in the normal way. We collect free of charge and refund within 14 days of the bed reaching us.
Care
Vacuum upholstery on a low setting and brush velvet in one direction. Blot spills rather than rubbing, and never use upholstery shampoo on a pile fabric. Keep the lift path clear and check the bracket bolts once a year.
Made in our own UK workshop after you order, in the size and fabric you chose. Five to ten working days.
Our own two-person team builds it in your bedroom and takes the packaging away. Free across mainland UK.
